General
•  Girlsrus is a trading Division of Screen Spin Limited, after referred to as GRS.
•  All Advertisements accepted for publication on GRS are accepted subject to these terms and conditions. No other terms shall apply.

All terms are subject to English Law.
•  In these conditions:
"Advertiser" means the person whose services are advertised;
"Advertisement" means display as will be placed on the internet web site http:www.girlsrus.org or other sites as GRS may wish to place for increased publicity.

•  GRS retain the right to amend alter remove any advertisements which in its opinion are not in keeping with the nature of the site – whether paid or free.
•  Period. Advertisements can be placed online for any period. Paid adverts are paid for annually as a minimum.
•  No refunds will be given.
•  GRS will use its best endeavours to ensure the site is running live 24 hours a day 365 days a year. There may be times when the site needs to be temporarily closed for maintenance, such periods will always be kept to a minimum.
•  Paid adverts will only be published on GRS on receipt of full payment.
•  Images used by advertisers in paid adverts must be copyright of the advertiser.

Advertisers must maintain confidentiality of their user details. GRS will accept no responsibility where adverts are changed through mis-use of a users control panel.
